L^2 = x^2 + y^2
 
on differentiating
 
0 = 2x dx/dt + 2y dy/dt
 
velocity of particle B = – x/y (dx/dt)
 
Velocity of A = dx/dt =  – 10 m/sec
 
velocity of B = cot 60   * 10 = 5.8 m/sec
