As we know
E = 13.6 (z^2 / n^2)
where z = atomic number
n = orbit number
Now
E1 = 13.6 * 1 / 1 = 13.6 ev
E2 = 13.6 * 1 / 4 = 3.4 ev
E3 = 13.6 * 1 / 9 = 1.51 ev
