One mole of O2 normally dissociate to give normal oxygen atoms
Edissociation = E1= 498 KJmol-1
Energy of reaction for which normal and energetic oxygen is released is given by E2
Since one oxygen is 1.967eV more energetic than usual oxygen then
E2-E1=1.967eV =1.967x 1.6x10-19  = 3.15x10-19 J
Solving we get,
E2  = 11.42 x 10^-19 J/molecule

Since light photon is used using E = hc/k
Solving we get,
k =  174 nm for E2 11.42 x 10^-19 J/molecule.
