Melting point of any substance in vaccume (atmospheric pressure =0) depends on which factors?

In the Vacuum the boiling or melting point is found to be less than that of it is at the atmospheric pressure.
And the pressure in it is has a very least role.
As the number of atoms in a vacuum is ver very less (negligible) in vacuum case that simply pushes it to have the Melting point get decreased from that at the atmospheric pressure.
