Inspite of having less value of ka2 , why h2so4 furnishes two h+ ion? Keeping in mind, the common ion effect and less value of ka2, h2so4 should furnish only one h+ ion.

It has less value of ka2 but it still has value nearly equal to Acetic acid which is weak but it still it dissociates.
It has less value so it doesn't mean it won't dissociate it will but with a lower rate.
