As a unit cell is consist of 6 faces  So it equally shared by 6 unit cell.

In fcc unit cell it have 6 atom at 6 face and 8 atoms at corner . each atom have 12 atom as its nearest neighbour atom or its coordination no is 12 ..

Please find below the solution to your problem.

A cubic unti cell has six faces. Therefore, in a cubic lattice (irrespective of its nature) cubic unit cell is shared equally by 6 unit cells.
