Ag2CrO4(s) ===⇒ 2Ag+ + (CrO4)-2 
[Ag+] = 2(2 x 10^-4) = 4 x 10^-4
[CrO4-2] = 2 x 10^-4 
Ksp = [Ag+]^2[CrO4-2] 
Ksp = (4 x 10^-4)^2(2 x 10^-4) 
Ksp = 32 x 10^-12
Hence option B is correct
