Weak base and strong acid.means pH is less than 7.
If we diluted it, it can never convert to base.
Hence pH will not be grater than 7 but it tends to touch the value 7 but never achieve it.
 
That means its value will tends to 7.

absoletly its never convert to base means the pH will not greater than 7 but due to 100 times dilution its tends to 7 abd counted as weak acid.

If we dilute it so the ph will less than 7. And get effected by nearly .3 value................... I hope this answer will help u
