1 mole of anythings means 6.023*10^23 of those things ( like 1 dozen means 12 in number)
1 mole atoms means 6.023*10^23 atoms of that element.
1 mole od an element has mass equal to its molecular mass but in grams
ie. 1 mole Carbon weighs 12 grams
1 mole Calcium weighs 40 grams and so on
