Parts Per Million is calculated as:
ppm = (grams of solute)/(grams of solution) * 1000000
 
For molarity the formulae is = moles of solute/total volume of solution
 
To make molar solution to molar volume,
Always assume whatever the mole s given for,
suppose n moles then assume n grams solute is present in 1000 ml of solution.
