Amount of oxygen in air is 1000 ml X 80% = 800 ml

At STP,
22400 ml O2 contains 6.022X10^23 molecules

1 ml O2 contains 6.022X10^23 / 22400 molecules
 800 ml O2 contains (6.022X10^23/ 22400)X800 molecules = 2.15 X 10^22molecules
