Gram atom means same as no of moles.In1 mole H2SO4 1 mole S is present.49 g means 0.5 mole H2SO4,therefore 0.5 gram atom S is present in 49 g Sulphuric acid.Now for your        Next question just remember that if one molecule contain x atom of an element, then 1 mole of that molecule contain x mole of that element.Then apply mole concept
