For n=3  and l=2 
quantum is 4 and orbital is d.as l is fixed for different quantum number.
it doesn’t matters or depends on the value of l.
But m has range in between -2 to +2.

 Quantum number n=3 l=2 m=+2  represents  an orbital with s=+_1/2  which is possible for only one electron
