First u differentiate 4e^x. Its differential coefficient is 4e^x only. Next u differentiate slogx here i suppose s is constant. So its differential coefficient is s/x. But if u have done a spelling mistake and its xlogx then differentiate by using chain rule. Its differential coefficient is 1+logx.Thus differential coefficient of the question is 4e^x-s/x or 4e^x-1-logx.
