Yes they react with water.

For example

For bismuth
When red-hot , it reacts with water to make bismuth(III) oxide.

Palladium has been called "the least noble" of the noble metals because it is the most reactive of the platinum group.  Palladium does not react with water.
Antimony is a moderately active element. It does not react with cold water or with most cold acids. It does dissolve in some hot acids, however, and in aqua regia. Aqua regia is a mixture of hydrochloric and nitric acids.

Argon is a noble gas and it does not react with any other element. It does not even react at high temperatures or under any other special conditions. Argon does not react with water.

Bismuth is stable to both dry and moist air at ordinary temperatures. When red-hot, it reacts with water to make bismuth(III) oxide.
