Degree of ionisation of 1 M HCOOH should be decreases,
If it reacts with a base.
Now
HCOOH is an acid while NaOH is a base.
Hence correct option should be 'B'

Correct answer will be option C i.e. HCOONa, because being a salt it will completely dissociate and form ample amount of H+ ions which will decrease the dissociation of HCOOH via common ion effect by shifting the HCOOH dissociation equilibrium in backward direction.
