For single electron species , i.e. Hydrogen like species atomic radius of orbit ris given as
r=0.529\frac{n^{2}}{Z} A^{0}
Show radius of the orbit is inversly proportional to atomic number Z.
Therefore correct order is
Be+3+2+1
