Matter changes between the liquid and gas states through vaporization and condensation. until it reaches 100°C. At this point, liquid water changes into water vapor. The change from a liquid to a gas is known as vaporization

The process of a liquid becoming a gas is called boiling (or vapourization), while the process of a gas becoming a liquid is called condensation.

So, B is the correct option here.
