Thee ions are not conjugated molecules.
In a molecule if there are alternate double or single bonds it is said to be a conjugated system.
In a conjugate system on resonance shifting of the double and single bonds takes place so, there is complete delocalisation of the electrons that is electrons are shifting from their places or they are getting delocalised ,there positions are changing

e.g. Benzene molecule.
