Dear student

3(C2H2) (at 873 k) ----> C6H6
1 mole of CaCO3 is required to make 1 mole of CaC2 which in turn upon reacting with water forms 1 mole of C2H2.
So 3 mole of CaCO3 is required to make 1 mole benzene.
3 mole CaCO3 = 3(40+12+48) = 300g
