calculate the ph of a buffer solution prepared by dissolving 30 gm of Na2CO3 in 500 ml solution containing 150 ml of 1M HCl. Ka for HCO3- is 5.63* 10^-11anyone brave to solve this problem

this is just a question of buffer solutions..first try to neutralize the na2co3 so added with HCl..once you get the additional or the unused amount of Na2CO3 so left..try treating it as the buffer( CO3)2- can abstract proton from water and will try to be in equilibrium..so this will become the question of buffer solutions now..
