moles of HNO3 = 0.0315/63 => 0.0005
Molarity = 0.0005*1000/500 => 0.001 M
Concn. for H atom = > 1*0.001 => 0.001
and
for Hydroxyl ion => 0.001 as it has one hydroxy ion.
