1000 ml standard solution has 15,00 mg of CaCO3 given in question,
Therefore, 1 ml of standard water has 15,00/1000 = 1.5 mg of CaCO3

So 10 ml of EDTA solution contains,15 mg of CaCO3 equivalent
1ml of EDTA contains 15 / 10 = 1.5 mg of CaCo3 equivalent

100 ml of sample with 30 ml of EDTA solution contains
30 * 1.5 is 45 mg of CaCO3

Therefore , 1000 ml of water has 450 mg of CaCO3
By definition, temporary hardness of water is amount of impurity in 1000 ml of water and therefore hardness of water comes out to be 450 mg per litre.
