hi tammana
you did not mentioned that it is 0.1N or 0.1M
but i will explain you both
for molarity,,,,
Oxalic acid=H2C2O4.2H2O
Molecular weight=126g/mol
and its n factor is 2
so its equivalent weight =63g/mol
so M=weightx1000/molecular weight x vol
so 0.1 = ax1000/126x100
so a=1.26 g (in 100 ml)

for Normality
N =weightx1000/equivalent weight x vol
so N=bx1000/63x100
N=0.63g (in 100 ml)
thank you

sorry in the above answer make a corerction
its b =0.63g
and not N=0.63
so i mase a mistake please apologize me

n. factor for H2C2O4 =2

Equivalent weight =2M
Normality = equivalentweight×volume(inmL)weight×1000
0.1=(2126)×250weight×1000
Therefore, weight = 1.575g
