These atoms are called isotopes.
Isotopeshave same number of protons in their nucles but they have different number of neutrons and hence different atomic masses.

For example: C-12 and C-13 are isotopes of Carbon which have same number of protons(=6) in their nuceus but they contain 6 and 7 neutrons respectively.
