Dear Kaushal

(1/2) *m* v^2 = (3/2)* K* T

The escape velocity is
v = \sqrt(2*g*R)

so
(3/2)* K* T = m* g* R

Now for hydrogen,
TH2 = (2/3)* m*g*R/ K

 = 2 * (2 / 6* 1026) * 9.8 * 6.4 * 106 / 3* 1.38* 10 –23
 = 10 * 103 K
