Dear Student,
As charge increases, polarization increases, covalent charactersrics increases and hence ionic characterstics decreases.
Therefore elements of different groups would have least ionic characterstics with maximum charge.
So MgF2, NH3, S2Cl2, CO2 would be less ionic than LiCl and Nacl
Out of LiCl and NaCl, the size difference for LiCl is more than NaCl hence it would have more ionic characterstics.
Hence, the order will be from least to more ionic :
CO2 less than NH3 less than S2Cl2 less than MgF2 less than NaCl less than LiCl.
