							one thing should be kept in mind that more electropositive the metal the basic the oxide is.as metals are more electropositive than non metal therefore they are more basic.
In simple terms electropositicity is the tendency of the element to loose its outermost electron.
therefore order follows as
Cl2O7<SO3<CO2<BaO
