the decreasing order will be
H20 > h2s > nh3
as the bond angle of h2s is smaller than that of h20 .
and in case of h20 its 104 degree nearly and for ammonia is 101 degree nearly .

The length of the bond is determined by the number of bonded electrons (the bond order). The higher the bond order, the stronger the pull between the two atoms and the shorter the bond length. Here we can compare with the bond order as here all atoms make single bond.So We know that the Bond Lenth is equal the the sum of the covalent radii between the two atoms. So here We knew Covalent Radii of H is 31,O is 66,N is 71 and for S it`s 105. Remember it`s Single bond covalent radii. So for H20- it`s 31+66+31= 128For NH2- 164 and for H2S- 167So your order is H2S>NH2>H2O
