The correct answer is (B) phosphorus and boron.
Phophorus has 5 valence electrons, so it will produce n-type semiconductor.
Boron has 3 valence electrons, so it will produce p-type semiconductor.258-659_dop.gif

In the figure, the first is n-type and the second is of p-type.
