MClx + x h2o ----M(oh)x + x hcl

thus the solution whic is most basic is having highest ph value.
among all of the ba(OH)2 PKB Is -2.02 which makes it extremely basic and the solution os neutral with hcl.thus having highest ph value.
pkbof lioh =.18
pkb of be(oh)2=5.4
