PV1/RT =(P4 V2)/R X 2T = V2 = 8V1 
= R2 ∝2 R1 (where v is ∝r 3 
=So , % expansion in range = r2 – r1/r1 * 100 
=( 2 r1 – r1)/r1 x 100 
= 100%
