Hello Student,
When Fe is dissolve in HCl. It is clear that some external force is being used to dissolve the solute. In this case work is being done on the system. As work done on the system is always positive so work done here is also positive.

Work done is zero, as there isn't any volume expansion since it is a closed vessel.
W= -PdV
dV = 0 
W=0.
