First find the total number of moles 

by using

MOLARITY*NFACTOR*VOLUME IS TOTAL NUMBER OF MOLES OF CH3OH.

now nfactor is 1

       get the value of numer of moles.

find the mass of tis number of moles 

ie.mass is equal to moles*32

now 1L of CH3OH is 0.793 g

therefore for x grams of methanol

  volume required is

v=(x/0.793)litres.
