here h is placks constant and v is same speed considered for all.

It means particle which has larger mass will have les wavelength.

de-broglie wavelength =  h/mv

as speeds are same and h is planck''s constant so

finally wavelength is only inversely proportional to their masses..

and as electon has smallest mass of all three so de broglie wavelength for elrctron is largest.
