Dear Chandan

Unit of equilibrium constant depends upon type of reaction

if in a reaction number of molecules is not changing then equilibrium constant has no unit.

For example

 N2 + 3H ----> 2NH3

unit of equilibrium  constant =liter2 mol-2

  and for reaction N2 +O2 -----> 2NO

 equilibrium constant has no unit  ( since number of molecules is not changing)
