no....rate constant neither depend on concentration of reactants nor products...

no, rate constant does not depend upon concentrations of reactants,
from arhenious equation, k = Ae^(-Ea/RT)
we can say, that it is dependent on activation energy(Ea) and temperature, and also the presence of a catalyst, as it alters the effective activation energy.

rate constant DOES DEPEND UPON CONCENTRATION
its only independent in case of a first order reaction
but in other case like zero order or second order
half life depends inversely propotional to a^n-1
where n is order of reaction
