dear azain ahmed,

see the half life of  reaction depends upon the concentration...

but the first order kinetics is independent of the  initial concentration as the change in concentration over a specified time is same specifically for 1 order reaction

........

Half life of first order reaction is independent of concentration.

Half life is the time taken for 50% of the sample to decay.

You ask if it will chage with time. If you mean to ask that if half life will remain same both today and after hundred years.Then the answer to that question is yes

For first order kineics, Half life is given by, T = 0.693/k 

As you can see, it''s independent of all factors except "k".
