According to Arrhenius collision ,theare only collisions with energy greater than activation energy will result in the formation of product. For  example.when the temperature increses by 10K,the fraction of molecules having enery equal to or greater than the activation energy increases 2 times.hence. the rate of effective collision increases 2 times too.
