Dear Ferrari Superb,
An atom is formed when Protons & Electrons are held to together by electrostatic forces of attraction ..
Atom may also have Neutrons along with Protons .
The Simplest atom is Hydrogen(1H1) which has one Proton & one electron with no Neutrons !
