dear Akhilesh,

Molarity = moles of solute/ volume of solution(lit.)

         1)  moles of Fe(no3)3 = .12×50/1000

     1 mole of Fe(no3)3 contains 4 ions

therefore .12×50/1000 contains = .12×50/1000×4 ions

                                              =.024 ions

2) moles of Fecl3 = 100×.10/1000

therefore 100×.10/1000 contains = 100×.10/1000×4 ions

                                               =.040 ions

3) in the same way moles of Mg(no3)2 = 100×.26/1000

       and ions = 100×.26/1000×3

                    =.078 ions

Total ions = .024+.040+.078

               =.142

Total concentration of ions = total moles/ total volume(lit.)

                                      =.142/.25

                                      =.568 M
