even in tha case when the solute does not react with the solvent, there is a chnage in energy of the system due to the intermolecular interac tions between their molecules. More the nuber of solute particles, more is this interaction and hence disturbance.
Now, when we consider a solution for calculation, we take into account its inherent properties. and not the propetties of thw soltuio
we want the solute to have least pssible effect on the solution.
but I must say I am not satisfactory enough to explain you this.
