1)Why is the standard electrode potentials at 298K of Na+/Na is lesser than that of Li+/Li , K+/K , Rb+/Rb , Cs+/Cs .

Repeating the answer as previuosly asked:
It all depends on the tendency of reducing or oxidizing the element that is all depends on the factor of having best oxidizing or Reducing agent.
Hence easier the element to be reduced that is to accept electrons better woud be the oxidizing agents.
