why the cleavage of bond between o and h is easy in primary alcohols than secondary and tertiary alcohol

This is due to stability of anion formed after releasing H+ ion.
+I effect is main factor to check stability.

Alkyl grps are +I. In secondary alcohols 2 alkyl grps provide more electron density and destabilize the alkoxide ion (formed by releasing H) more than primary alcohol which has only 1 alkyl grp
