why q-nitrophenol is less soluble in water then p-nitrophenol

Already answered this qstn. Again Reposting for better ease=>
O-nitrophenol is less soluble as due to the -OH group attached to the ortho position of the phenol it tends to associate with the H-Bonding with water molecules and therfore, get restricted to get soluble into the solvent.
Whereas the para one is free to exist and get soluble easily.
