Acidity is directly proportional to -R or -I.
The order is -R>-H>simple>-I
and acidity is inversely proportional to +R or +I
in acetic acid CH3 group acts as +I group. it reduces the acidity but in fumaric acid there is not any +I group.

2. Easily loosing proton..
3. presence of hydrogen instead of methyl group.
