Lewis bases are the species which donate lone pair to electron deficient species.
NH3 has a lone pair of electrons which is easily donated to electron deficient species to form a bond. So NH3 is a lewis base.

Picric.acid is - 2 4 6 trinitrophenol
Formula- C6H3N3O7
It is one of the most acidic phenol.
