yes we can prepare grignard rreagent at the bridge head carbon.
grignard reagent cant be prepared by allylic halogenated compounds because when grignard reagent is formed then it acts a good nucleophile and a good base.so it reacts with another allylic halogenated molecule to give aditions products.therefore grignard reagent is destroyed
