flourine bond dissociation enthalpy is lower than the other two .
reason – flourine have a very small nucleaus and it contains 3 lone pairs ,
there is a great repulsion among them , and other two having the vacant orbitals to keep their lone pairs , so, there is not much repulsion among them .
so, flourine will breaks easily .
KINDLY MENTION WHAT IS D2 ??
hope it clears now
