remember ketone having no alpha hydrogen will not under cannizaro reaction.

It does not undergo vannozarro reaction because it is a ketone ."Ketones as a rule dont undergo canizzaro reaction.Alpha hydrogen is needed for aldol condensation.Since Benzephenone doesnt contain alpha hydrogen it cant undergo aldol condensation.
